Adelynn’s Plant Rescue Inspires Millions by Saving Dying Plants and Bringing Them Back to Life

A little girl rescuing half-dead plants has built a following, and one recent stop at Tractor Supply gave her a surprise.

Adelynn, from Adelynn’s Plant Rescue, shares videos of herself buying dying or near-dead plants from retailers and nursing them back to life. People also send her donations to help pay for the plants.

In a recent social media video, Adelynn said a viewer donated $20 for a rescue at a Tractor Supply store.

“Shout out to Paula from Maine,” Adelynn said. “She’s actually the one who gave me this money.”

After picking out plants, Adelynn went to the checkout. She said an employee asked if she was the little girl who went viral. Adelynn said she told them she was from Adelynn’s Plant Rescue, and the store gave her the plants for free.

She said the Tractor Supply employee also told her the store was putting together a package to help her “in any way they could.”

“That was super, super, super cool,” she said after leaving the store. “Didn’t make me pay even a penny.”

The video prompted supportive comments from viewers.

“Youve inspired me little girl. I’m a gramma in my 70s and today I rescued a pot of sad looking snapdragnos for $2 from Walmart,” one fan wrote.

Another commenter praised her family.

“To Adelyn’s parents: You have done such a beautiful job raising this sweet girl. I am always so happy when one of your posts come up in my feed. So wholesome and kind. Thank you for sharing. @adelynnsplantrescue please keep this up because seeing the beauty in nature, no matter if it is in bad shape, is exactly what we need,” the comment reads.
